Onefinestay, one of the world's leading luxury private rental operators, is expanding its portfolio in Europe and the Caribbean.

While the hotel industry has seen a good recovery in its activity over the last few months, the luxury private rental sector has seen a similar phenomenon. These encouraging figures allow the actors in the sector to resume their expansion plans under the best conditions. Mandarin Oriental has already announced the development of its private rental offer, and it is now the turn of onefinestay, a brand of the Accor group, to begin its development.

Italy

The brand is acquiring a castle in Tuscany, dating from the 11th century, located on a hilltop in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. The property can accommodate up to 18 people and has many features such as two infinity pools, Jacuzzis and a large outdoor area. Some suites even have their own lounge and kitchen area.
