The third project, planned for 2025, will be located in Abidjan, more precisely in the capital's business centre. The Maison Albar Hotels 5* - Abidjan will include 100 rooms, a spa and a bistronomic restaurant.
"Our establishment in Ivory Coast, through our brand Maison Albar Hotels, represents an important step in our expansion strategy. This country appears to us as a destination of choice, due to its position on the continent and its significant tourism potential, which was highlighted during this World Tourism Day. We want to offer, through our projects, a new experience and share our expertise by accompanying the tremendous economic growth of Ivory Coast. Mr. Jean-Bernard Falco, President and Founder of the Centaurus Group.
In addition to its development in the Ivory Coast, the group continues to work on its next three openings in France, scheduled for 2024. Le Victoria in Nice, Le Couttet in Chamonix and Le Chasseur in Colmar are the three establishments that will be added to this collection of houses.
The group's projects do not stop there, as it will support its establishment in Ivory coast with the creation of an hospitality school in Abidjan. This project, carried out in partnership with the State, aims to strengthen the tourist assets of the Ivory Coast by supporting the hotel industry through training.
"The "Sublime Côte d'Ivoire" strategy has the primary ambition of positioning Ivory Coast among the Top 5 countries with high tourism potential on the continent. The arrival of an international player, such as the Centaurus hotel group, is a strong sign of the attractiveness of our country. I welcome this establishment which will be beneficial in terms of training, job creation and hotel standing." Mr. Siandou Fofana, Minister of Tourism and Leisure of the Republic of Ivory Coast.
