The group expands its resort portfolio with 8 new properties in the country.

InterContinental Hotel Group through its brands Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites brands will add more than 2,000 rooms or 8 properties in Thailand (Pattaya, Rayong, Phuket, Khao Lak and Koh Samui), in partnership with Ratanakorn Asset.

The first one “Holiday Inn Express Pattaya Koh Larn” is set to open in 2018.
The following properties are going to open in the next five to ten years:
- Holiday Inn Resort Koh Larn
- Holiday Inn Resort Pattaya Na Jomtien
- Staybridge Suites North Pattaya
- Holiday Inn Resort Rayong
- Holiday Inn Resort Khao Lak Cape Pakarang
- Holiday Inn Express Phuket Kata
- Holiday Inn Express Samui Chaweng
