A new hotel for the group in response to its desire of eco-responsible development and diversification of its offer.

Result of a collaboration with the studio Stella Cadente, announced more than a year ago ; the hotel Akena de Rezé is the first eco-responsible property of the french group.

With 79 rooms, green spaces, a coworking space and a yoga studio, the 3 stars establishment is ready to welcome a clientele concerned with ecological issues in a comfortable and cosy atmosphere.

Partnerships of the group with french designers allows to position the hotel as a unique lifestyle adress of the Nantes region. The development and decoration work realized by the studio Stella Cadente offers spaces that can be fitted and transformed according to needs and desire in a relaxing environment in which to work or to recharge.

In an eco-responsible process, of a real group dynamic, numerous collaborations with engaged french and local companies have been developed. The hotel provides furnitures made out from raw materials, second-hand or recycled objects and even cosmetics products made from organic grapes. The group is not stopping there and will feature regional products such as a selection of wines from the region available at the hotel bar.

Well-being, humanity and ecology are at the heart of this new project and the choices made are aligned with the group values.
