Set in the new mixed-use building complex “Ka Drei” near Karlsruhe railway station, the IntercityHotel property will feature 194 guestrooms, a restaurant and a bar. It will also provide an event venue with 233 square meters and four conference rooms.
Beside the hotel, the upscale complex Ka Drei will also include two office blocks with retail space, an underground car park and a café. The property will also benefit from the proximity of the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Centre and Congress Centre and of Karlsruhe city centre. The IntercityHotel plans to provide free access to public transport in Karlsruhe through its IntercityHotel’s FreeCityTicket scheme.
