Cycas Hospitality opens a fourth appart hotel in London

With the opening of The Lincoln Suites aparthotel on August 31, the hotel management company Cycas Hospitality continues its development in London by complementing the offer of its three other residences already open in the British capital.

Located in the Holborn district of the City of Westminster, on the edge of the City of London and the Camden district, The Lincoln Suites aparthotel benefits from an excellent accessibility at five-minute walk from metro stations Holborn, Covent Garden and Temple. It features 28 luxury suites and 26 studios with underfloor heating, flat-screen smart TV, Nespresso machines, luxury toiletries. Pets are accepted. The property is part of the Eastern & Oriental (E&O) group and offers a contemporary style in a neoclassical building from the 1920s.

Earlier in the year, Cycas Hospitality took over management of the 20-apartment Stow-Away Waterloo aparthotel and opened the 280-room Hyatt Place London City East in Whitechapel in June 2021. Cycas Hospitality is a European hotel management company created in 2008, managing both traditional hotels and long-term hotel residences. It has recorded strong growth with one hotel opening per month since the second half of 2020 across Europe: Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport hotel combo in October 2020), Residence Inn by Marriott Brussels Airport in April 2021.

The company aims to double its portfolio of multi-brand hotels in the United Kingdom and Europe within two years. Cycas Hospitality has thus succeeded in establishing itself as a benchmark hotel operator with major international franchise brands. In particular, he helped IHG, Hyatt and Marriott develop their dual-brand hotel concept in Europe and has welcomed Accor and Radisson Hotel Group properties to its portfolio for two years.
