The Ascott Limited is expanding its European portfolio with the opening of a new property in Austria.
Citadines South Vienna will be the first franchised residence of the Ascott brand in Austria. The property, located in the 10th district of Vienna, will feature 48 studios and flats. All of them are divided into 5 different categories of accommodation in order to best meet the needs of both business and leisure travellers.
Each flat has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a television. Guests can also take advantage of the communal areas, including the lounge, which features a piano, pool table, library and snack bar. The business corner is also fully equipped. There is also a fitness area, a weekly cleaning service and a laundry service. Guests can also check-in and check-out online.
The property is located in a lively area and the transport network makes it easy to reach the city centre and tourist areas. Furthermore, Citadines South Vienna is located close to one of Vienna's largest business districts, Wienerberg City, where major companies such as Microsoft and L'Oréal are headquartered.
Sustainability is also at the heart of the project with the use of sustainable and environmentally friendly building materials. The Citadines South Vienna's underground car park also has dedicated parking spaces for electric cars equipped with charging stations.
