Citadines Eurométropole Strasbourg opened its door for the first time in Strasbourg. Operated by the AEGIDE Group, the four-star aparthotel is located within walking distance of the European Enterprise Centre and the city centre, welcoming business and leisure travelers alike.

“Citadines Eurométropole Strasbourg embodies our ability to innovate in order to offer an even more innovative experience for both business and leisure travelers.” Said Jean-Marie Fournet, Chairman and CEO of Aegid Group.

The theme of nature is predominant in all its 166-apartments and studios, whose have been all equipped with a fully furnished kitchenette and the latest technological devices. For the guests’ well-being, a 400 m² Spa by Sothys, boasts a swimming pool, sauna, hammam and fitness room.

Still in this technological momentum, guests have the possibility to check themselves with the ‘LoungeUP’ app, communicate with the aparthotel team as well as unlock their room door via their smartphone. Targeting the business travelers, Citadines Eurométropole implemented the ‘Smart Meeting’ service, which allows meetings to be organized with the support of artificial intelligence, on top of a fully integrated audiovisual equipment. Towards that specific clientele, the property includes a state-of-the-art conference area for up to 300 people. Other facilities include an underground car park with 166 parking spaces and 15 charging stations for electric cars.

“Our brand-new technology-oriented apart’hotel provides all the comforts of a private apartement combined with the services of a four-star hotel. With Citadines Eurométropole Strasbourg, we offer a forward-thinking and eco-friendly travel experience.” said Benjamin Kuhn, General Manager of Citadines Eurométropole Strasbourg.

With nature at its core, the property incorporates raw materials respectful of the environment, in all its spaces, such as wood, concrete, roof and wall vegetation. More than a design, this approach is part of the CSR policy of the Ascott Limited and Aegide Groups.
