AC Hotel, the lifestyle and design brand of Marriott International, expands its European portfolio with the AC Hotel Stockholm Ulriksdal, first address of the brand in the Swedish capital.
The hotel is located in Solna, a business district for local and international companies in the north of Stockholm city centre. The hotel is reachable in about 15 minutes from city center using the city's public transport system, Ulriksdal station being located right in front of the property.
AC Stockholm Ulriksdal's 223 rooms are divided into five categories: Standard King, Standard Queen, Standard Single, Deluxe King and Junior Suite. Each room is soberly furnished to enhance the feeling of space and avoid clutter for guests' travels.
Designed by internationally renowned Living Design, the interior design is based on a hazelnut colour palette, which is delicately balanced with the rest of the colours and textures.
The hotel's public areas have all been designed to combine comfort and practicality. Like a gallery, the lounge is a collaborative space with a collection of works of art that is open to creativity during the day and becomes a real place of exchange in the evening. Guests can enjoy tapas accompanied by AC's signature gin and tonic or a cocktail prepared by the hotel's mixology expert. In addition to the spacious and comfortable rooms, this new address features a Vitalize Gym & Wellness Spa offering massages, fitness advice, a spa-restaurant, a swimming pool and a hammam.
We are delighted to expand AC Hotels' portfolio in Sweden and invite travellers to discover a destination that matches the brand's passion for thoughtful and timeless design
says Jenni Benzaquen, Vice President, Brand, EMEA, Marriott International.
AC Hotels currently has over 155 hotels worldwide. In Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the brand's presence continues to grow, with more than 15 hotels currently in the pipeline, not to mention the brand's future presence in Slovakia and Norway.
