
The 115 rooms and suites are to open in 2025 near the Cape Spartel Reserve.
The resort is the result of a partnership with Star Hill Tanger SA. The property will be located close to Tanger in a location where the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean are joining: the Cape Spartel Reserve.
The hotel will feature 115 keys among which 21 villas with private pools. It will also offer a spa venue and 5 restaurants. Corporate guests are also targeted, with meeting spaces and boardrooms.

The group is making moves into leisure tourism as its competitors. It currently operates four hotels in Morocco and announces a pipeline of 7 hotels in the country. The Conrad Rabat Arzana and the Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa are to open in 2022.
