Letoh Letoh, Room007's lifestyle brand, has unveiled its first property in San Sebastián, marking the expansion of the chain of charming inns and hotels in the Basque Country.
The new hotel is located on the corner of Matia 18 and Sukia streets, a stone's throw from Concha Bay and the Peine del Viento sculpture. It boasts 61 rooms, a bar-restaurant, wine cellar and café, as well as a wide range of services.
Although the building's original facades have been preserved, the interior has been completely rebuilt to transform it into a modern hotel in line with Letoh Letoh's lifestyle concept.
Room007 Hotels & Hostels plans to open another establishment in Bilbao in the coming months. Located on Correo 14, in the heart of the old town, the new building will have a total of 53 rooms.
Room007's expansion strategy is gaining momentum, with a recent €5 million financing round led by Banco Santander's Smart Fund, in addition to the €7.5 million in equity capital raised a few months ago.
Letoh Letoh, a brand strongly supported by the chain, opened its first hotel in Madrid in 2022. This year saw the inauguration of hotels in San Sebastian and Bilbao. In the future, the brand plans to open a hotel in Seville in 2024 and, in 2025, to expand to Malaga, Porto and Lisbon, marking Letoh Letoh's first steps outside Spain.
