Costa Smeralda, Sardinia

Rocco Forte Hotels will operate a new luxury resort in Sardinia's Costa Smeralda region scheduled to open in 2024.

Formerly known as Hotel Le Palme, the property is located in Liscia di Vacca, Porto Cervo. Currently undergoing redevelopment, it will reopen in 2024 with 64 rooms and suites, a state-of-the-art spa, three restaurants, a panoramic rooftop bar, and meeting and event space.

The new resort is being developed in conjunction with hotel asset management and advisory firm Eidos Hotel Capital Partners, which serves as the operating partner and asset manager for global investment firm Sixth Street, which acquired the property in January 2022.

The Porto Cervo luxury resort will complement Rocco Forte hotels in Rome, Florence, Sicily and Puglia, as well as Carlton Milano and Rocco Forte House, which is scheduled to open in Milan in 2024.
