The property will feature 88 rooms including 3 suites and is located in the heart of the city close to the historical center. The hotel will the 3rd with a Radisson Hotel Group brand in the Serbian capital city. The Radisson RED brand is already present in 18 locations in Europe, Middle-East, Africa and India.
Following Radisson RED’s identity, the lobby features a red Zastava 750 car, which used to be manufactured by Yugoslavian car factory in Kragujevac. The property is to offer a restaurant, a rooftop bar, a co-working space and event spaces.
The hotel is to open in 2023 after a 3 million euros refurbishment. Arena Hospitality Group is converting its property into a Radisson Hotel group brand. The hotel will be operated by PPHE Hotel Group’s Croatian subsidiary of Arena Hospitality Group.

PPHE Hotel Group already operates the Grand Hotel Brioni Pula, a Radisson Collection Hotel, and several Park Plaza properties.
