Preferred Hotels & Resorts, a portfolio of independent hotels, has added 15 new properties to its international portfolio between 1 July and 30 September 2023, six of which will open their doors for the first time.
The six establishments opening their doors for the first time are :
- Le Logis in Cognac, France, offers 14 exclusive private rooms on an all-inclusive basis on this elegant 16th-century estate, surrounded by rolling vineyards. Facilities include a heated saltwater swimming pool, Jacuzzi, pickleball court, fitness centre and cinema.
- In Phoenix, Arizona, The Global Ambassador offers a choice of 141 upscale guest rooms featuring oak floors, fabric wall coverings, handcrafted leather furnishings and original artwork. The hotel offers five dining experiences and a luxury wellness area.
- In Singapore, discover Artyzen Singapore, a contemporary 142-room hotel nestled in the heart of Orchard Road. Facilities include Café Quenino, a Rooftop Garden with infinity pool, gym, private treatment rooms, meditation area and wellness pavilions.
- Hôtel Manapany, located in St. Barthélemy, is an eco-responsible boutique hotel offering 43 villas, rooms and suites, nestled between a tropical forest and the turquoise waters of the sea. Guests can enjoy weekly barbecues, the Manapany Spa, swimming pools, surfing lessons, diving trips and yoga sessions on the beach.
- The Mayfair House Hotel & Garden, located in Miami, Florida, offers 179 spacious guestrooms, each with a private terrace. The hotel features a sun-drenched atrium, Mayfair Grill restaurant, Fountain Bar and Sipsip rooftop pool bar.
- Hotel Bellevue, located on the island of Mali Lošinj in Croatia, is a 5-star hotel with 185 rooms and 21 suites. It features a large atrium, the Bellevue Spa Clinic, and the Matsunoki restaurant, renowned for its Japanese-Mediterranean fusion cuisine.
