The Sense Experience Resort (Tuscany, Italy) launching March 2021: In the Maremma region, the resort is an eco-retreat that will offer its guests 12 acres of natural park and pine forest, a private beach and 112 rooms with views over the Elba Island and the Torre Mozza.

Casa di Langa (Piedmont, Italy) Spring 2021: Sustainable carbon-neutral retreat within the UNESCO-listed vineyard landscapes of Le Langhe, the property offers 39 rooms, farm-to-table cuisine, cooking classes, wine courses, truffle hunting, and art tours.

The Londoner (London, United Kingdom) April 2021: Set on Leicester Square, The Londoner has been awarded first “super boutique hotel” and is about to become the greener hotel of the UK. It features 350 guestrooms including 35 suites, 6 restaurants and lounges, a rooftop bar, a swimming pool, artwork collections and a two-screen cinema.

Villa Dagmar (Stockholm, Sweden) Spring 2021: Intimate luxury hotel set in a 19th-Century Art Nouveau building in the Ostermalmstorg neighbourhood. Guests can enjoy 70 rooms, a Mediterranean fusion restaurant and an on-site organic food store.

Pendry West Hollywood (CA, USA) January 2021: 149 rooms and suites plus 40 residential apartments on the Sunset Strip. Guests can enjoy catering offers by Chef Wolfgang Puck, a bowling alley, Spa Pendry, and a rooftop pool.

Palacio Provincial (Old San Juan, Puerto Rico) January 2021: 43 rooms and suites inside a historic diplomatic building, with a courtyard restaurant and a rooftop pool deck with views over the San Juan bay.

Hotel Effie Sandestin (FL, USA) February 2021: Located on Florida’s Emerald Coast, the hotel offers 250 guestrooms and 12 suites, championship golf courses and views over the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Pendry Chicago (IL, USA) Spring 2021: The hotel offers 364 guestrooms, a restaurant and a bar overseen by Andy Masi. Additional features include a wellness area with fitness and rooftop pool with city views, 12,000 sq. feet of event space and an art collection.

Amrit Ocean Resort & Spa (FL, USA) April 2021: Wellness resort with 155 rooms and 34 suites, located on a seven-acre oceanfront ground.

Pendry Manhattan West (NY, USA) Summer 2021: 164 rooms including 30 suites, a signature restaurant, a lounge and a terrace bar within the six-building mixed-use Hudson Yards development on Manhattan’s West Side.

Liberty Trust Hotel (VA, USA) Fall 2021: After renovation of the Liberty Trust building in Downtown Roanoke, the hotel will feature 54 rooms, a restaurant and social areas.
