The Hotel Lloret Santa Rosa, located on the Costa Brava, has just opened its doors, expanding the Spanish portfolio of the Pierre & Vacances Group.
The Hotel Lloret Santa Rosa has been completely renovated by the French group and is located 150 metres from the beach and 50 metres from the shopping area, making it a prime location for tourists.
The property has 129 rooms, ranging from double to quadruple to triple, some with sea views, a buffet restaurant serving Mediterranean dishes and an outdoor swimming pool heated from April to October.
The new property also offers a terrace with bar on the sixth floor, a 24-hour reception service, on-site parking and a Bike Centre for bicycle storage and repair.
With the opening of this new hotel, Pierre & Vacances now has 13 hotels, 29 apartment complexes and 3 resorts in Spain and Andorra. This expansion on the Spanish market is likely to continue in the coming years.
