The 353-room hotel Pullman Dubai Downtown, has opened on December 24, 2020 in the Business Bay area.
Following a partnership between the French hotel group Accor and the Abu Dhabi-based hospitality company Twenty14 Holdings, the Steigenberger Hotel Business Bay has been rebranded as a Pullman Hotel. The five-star hotel will also benefit from refurbishment works throughout the year in order to bring in more artwork and vibrancy to the property. Accor and Twenty14 Holdings also plan to develop the hotel's catering offer with six more trendy dining experiences.
In addition to the 353 rooms and suites, the hôtel has a ballroom, two meeting rooms, a private boardroom, a club lounge, a spa, fitness facilities with sauna and steam rooms, a squash court, a lop pool, a children's pool, and outdoor Jacuzzi. Pullman Dubai Downtown is located in Business Bay, the central business district of Dubai and a very sought-after destination for investors. It was the 9th most popular area to buy apartments in Dubai according to the Bayut’s 2019 Dubai Real Estate Market Report. It is also close from the Dubai International Financial Center and the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition centre. Thanks to its central location the hotel benefits from a stunning view of the Dubai Canal, the Dubai Skyline and the iconic Burj Khalifa.
