The 250-room hotel was designed by Léon Grosse Immobilier on behalf of HPVA Hotels.

Located in Roissy-en-France, amidst the hotel zone of the Paris - Charles de Gaulle airport hub, the Holiday Inn Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport hotel features 250 rooms spread over 10,650 m² of floor space. Their surface area will thus be nearly 25 m² each. 40 executive rooms are located on the top floor and enjoy a view of the tarmac where Air France largest aircraft are parked.

The 4-star hotel provides a 120 seats restaurant with a large terrace facing south, and a fitness and sauna area. It also benefits from a very large seminar offer with an 800 m² center for meeting and 8 meeting rooms with a capacity of nearly 300 people. A specific "meeting" reception hall serves this space, an exterior access separate from the hotel entrance is provided to facilitate reception flows.

The hotel thus benefits from the proximity of Paris - Charles de Gaulle airport as well as that of Le Bourget airport, which hosts the International Aeronautics and Space Show every two years (322,000 visitors in 2017, including 142,000 professionals). It is also just 10 minutes by car from the Paris Nord Villepinte exhibition center, one of the largest French exhibition centers.

Composed of an airport platform and around 70 surrounding municipalities, the Grand Roissy area benefits from exceptional accessibility and growing dynamism in terms of international trade. In Ile-de-France, it is the 1st pole of job creation but also the 1st industrial and logistics pole.

The promise to sell was signed by Leon Grosse in 2017 with Crédit Foncier de France for the acquisition of the land. The aim was to complete the existing hotel offer. HPVA Hotels is the investor-operator.
