Until now, the luxury chain One & Only has only been present in Europe with one hotel in Montenegro, but this is about to change with the opening of two properties in Greece.
One & Only is entering the Greek market with the upcoming opening of One & Only Aesthesis near Athens and One & Only Kea Island Resort on the small island of Kea in the Cyclades.
The One & Only Aesthesis opens on the seafront, specifically in Glyfada on the Athenian Riviera, and features a retro chic beach club on the 1,600 metre long promenade.
The hotel has 127 rooms, suites and private pool villas, all decorated in mid-century style. It features two restaurants as well as a fitness and spa area and several pools as well as a kids club and an Adults-only area.
The second One & Only will be built on a 65-hectare site and will house 75 villas, a number of residences, three restaurants, two bars and a spa and fitness area.
