The Oca Hotels chain will open its first DuermingBeds property in Portugal on the first weekend of December 2022.
Duerming Republik Aparthotel is located near the historic Praça da República, 10 minutes from the Baixa, in the city of Porto. The property has 30 independent flats.
In the first half of this year, the chain incorporated seven hotels under this brand and now has 22 properties between hotels, flats and rural houses, in Galicia and Asturias, Andalusia and now in Portugal. The company's goal was to reach 5,000 beds this year.
New openings are planned for the first half of 2023 in Galicia and Portugal, developing the brand as an associated property, as has been done in Spain.
