Numa Group, which is already present in eight European countries with more than 3,000 units, is about to make its debut in Switzerland, particularly in the city of Zurich.
For its entry into the Swiss market, the company is once again focusing on hotel and commercial real estate in central locations in large cities and has already been able to secure 3 properties in Zurich.
The first new fully digitalized boutique apartment complex in Zurich, called Numa Craft, offers high-end design flats for short, medium and long-term stays in the Kreis 4 district in Stauffacher.
It is expected to be launched in early April 2023. Guests will use their smartphone for check-in and check-out, as a room key and to communicate with Numa's customer service. The Boutique Apartments are also suitable for extended stays and remote working with adequate facilities and services.
As Europe's leading provider of high-end tourist accommodation, we are also looking for suitable and well-located buildings in cities such as Geneva, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, Lausanne and Lugano. Our aim is clearly to establish a whole new generation of accommodation for modern travellers and thus innovate the sector in Switzerland as well.
Dimitri Chandogin, Managing Director of Numa Group
For Numa, Zurich, Switzerland's largest city and economic centre, is the ideal starting point for our expansion in the Swiss Confederation. We are very pleased to be able to offer our customers well-located boutique flats with Numa Craft from the start of our launch in the Zurich market - and to expand via a secure pipeline with a total volume of over 150 beds in the coming months.
