Novum Hospitality is expanding its presence in the German market with a double hotel opening in Potsdam, The Niu Amity and the Acora Potsdam Living the City, the first hotels of both brands in the city.
The Niu Amity is located near the Friendship Island and offers 198 rooms and is designed for short stays. In addition to The Niu, the same building complex also houses the Acora Potsdam Living the City, which has 72 long-stay flats.
To meet the needs of long-stay guests, the Acora's accommodation combines private living spaces with individual hospitality services. Guests also have the option of adding services such as a personal concierge as well as room and laundry services to their stay.
The offer also includes digital check-in and check-out, automated flat allocation as well as guest assistance by a digital host.
The building is distinguished not only by its central location, but also by an external staircase that leads directly from the hotel to the district square of the new Havelquartier.
In collaboration with local artist Jurena Mu, colourful works of art have been created throughout the hotel and fit perfectly into the design concept of the property.
According to Novum Hospitality, like all hotels of the two brands, the two new properties in Potsdam place great emphasis on the theme of sustainability.
For example, during their stay, guests have the opportunity to take green plants into their rooms as "Sleepover Buddies" or to forego the room cleaning service in exchange for a drink voucher.
Both actions support the Nader Etmenan Foundation, which is involved in numerous social projects for people in need, especially in cooperation with Viva con Agua in Sankt Pauli.
With these new openings, we are completing the city's hospitality offering with two innovative and attractive concepts and are targeting leisure and business travellers in Berlin's southern suburbs in particular.
