The new hotel, named Holiday Inn - the niu Clink, is scheduled to open in 2026. The project marks the first collaboration between NOVUM Hospitality and IHG Hotels & Resorts under a combined brand concept.

The 146-room Holiday Inn - the niu Clink is currently under construction at Holsteinischer Kamp in Hamburg's Barmbek-Süd district. Covering an area of around 4,500 m², the hotel will be strategically located to attract both business and leisure travellers. NOVUM Hospitality is thus reaffirming its commitment to offering innovative hotel experiences inspired by local culture.

Scheduled to open in summer 2026, the interior of Holiday Inn - the niu Clink will incorporate brick facades typical of the area, establishing an elegant connection with local architecture. The name "Clink" refers to the English term "clinker brick building", underlining this architectural inspiration.

The project is led by Hamburg-based property developer bda Projektbau GmbH, which is responsible for the construction and turnkey delivery of the hotel. The team of architects, led by Jacek Broll and Volker Daniel, has extensive experience in developing projects in Hamburg and northern Germany.

With this new opening planned for 2026, NOVUM Hospitality continues to strengthen its presence in the European hotel market, offering memorable and comfortable stays to its guests.
