Minor Hotels, a major shareholder in the NH Group, has announced the addition of the NH Collection La Suite Dubai, part of the 46-storey Sidra Tower mixed-use complex, to its portfolio.
The NH Collection La Suite Hotel Dubai will have 265 rooms, offering a wide range of accommodation options, including rooms, suites and flats from one to three bedrooms.
The property's facilities include an all-day restaurant, lobby lounge, kids' club, meeting rooms, fitness and leisure areas and retail space for hire.
The property will be managed by Minor Hotels from the first quarter of 2023, after undergoing a major refurbishment to bring the existing hotel up to NH Collection brand standards.
Strategically located along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's main thoroughfare, the hotel is situated in the Sidra Tower which houses offices, shops and restaurants. It is adjacent to the luxury residential areas of Dubai Marina and Media City, as well as The Palm Jumeirah, the famous artificial palm-shaped island.
The new hotel demonstrates Minor Hotels' continued commitment to developing the NH Hotel Group brands outside their traditional areas of operation in Europe and the Americas.
