Managed by Per Hotelmanagement GmbH, the new site in Albstadt marks a strengthening of B&B Hotels' presence in Germany.
In the Swabian Alb region, a new B&B establishment has opened its doors in Albstadt. This hybrid building, combining a new construction with a listed historic wing, has been renovated and extended to offer a total of 72 rooms.
Of these, nine are family rooms and two are accessible for the disabled. The hotel also offers dedicated parking spaces, electric charging points, a rooftop terrace and rooms equipped with kitchenettes, broadening its offering to meet the varied needs of its guests.
"We are delighted to announce the opening of our new B&B Hotel in Albstadt. This location is of strategic importance to us, both for our national and international growth strategy in the value-for-money segment. Albstadt is an ideal location for our hotel, as the city is an important business centre in the region and offers great potential for tourism. In our growing portfolio, the B&B Hotel in Albstadt is a little gem from a structural point of view - it skilfully combines historical architecture with modern elements. We have taken particular care to preserve and emphasise the listed elements such as bay windows, windows and half-timbering. The transitional new building blends in perfectly with them, creating a perfect symbiosis of old and new." - Tobias Gollnest, Chief Development Officer Central & Northern Europe at B&B Hotels Germany GmbH
