Launched in 2014, the low-cost hotel chain Eklo continues its development and announces the opening of a 152-rooms hotel in Roissy for 2022.
The Eklo Hotel Roissy will be developed by PM3C and Auriel in the Roissy Sud area, near the Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. It will feature 152 rooms for 330 beds.
It will be the eighth hotel of its portfolio after Le Mans (2014), Le Havre (2014), Lille (2017), Bordeaux 2019), Clermont-Ferrand (2019) and the incoming Eklo hotels scheduled in the Disneyland Paris area (108 rooms in February 2021) and Toulouse La Cartoucherie eco-district (100 rooms, in 2021).
Eklo Hotel is a French and independent hotel group. The Eklo brand offers a concept of lifestyle, eco-friendly and affordable hotels, mixing private, family, and shared rooms, with also open and design living spaces and 24/7 front desk.
EKlo Hotels aims to continue its development in the main French cities where the group can provide a differentiating offer. The Eklo Hotels sites are very urban, connected to public transport, favoring mixed environments (tertiary, facilities, shops, housing, etc.). The group is planning to implant around 40 hotels within 10 years. Other projects are currently scheduled in Lyon (100 rooms), Toulon (100 rooms), in 2022 and Vitry-sur-Seine.
