Marriott Bonvoy announces several new openings planned for 2025, spread across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Europe

• Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan (January 2025)
  This hotel is located near Piazza della Scala and is the result of the restoration of a historic building. It offers 116 rooms with a design that blends Milanese heritage with modern elements. The complex includes several restaurants, including an Italian restaurant led by Chef Andrea Berton.

• Cappadocia Marriott Hotel, Cappadocia, Turkey (January 2025)
  Located near Göreme, this hotel has 298 rooms and is inspired by local architecture. It features a wellness center, several restaurants, both indoor and outdoor pools, and provides easy access to UNESCO World Heritage sites.

• The Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Madrid (March 2025)
  Formerly the Westin Palace, Madrid, this hotel has been renovated to offer 470 rooms. It combines historical elements, such as the restored façade, with modern facilities, and offers various public spaces to meet contemporary needs.

• W Florence (Spring 2025)
  The W Florence, a new W hotel in the city, will feature 119 rooms with a modern design. It is located near the main attractions of Florence and will offer a W Lounge as well as a terrace with views of the city.

• The Lake Como EDITION, Lake Como, Italy (Spring 2025)
  This hotel, located by Lake Como, offers 145 rooms, including suites, with views of the lake and surrounding mountains. The architecture blends historical elements with contemporary design.

• JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa, Crete, Greece (Summer 2025)
  Located in Marathi, on the Cretan coast, the JW Marriott Crete Resort & Spa will offer 160 rooms and villas. The hotel focuses on wellness, with various local dining options and a spa.

Middle East and Africa

• Aloft Istanbul Karaköy, Turkey (Winter 2025)
  This hotel, located in the Karaköy district of Istanbul, features a versatile lobby that can serve as a workspace or entertainment area depending on the time of day. It offers 107 rooms with an urban design, as well as a restaurant and recreational spaces.

• Morea House, Autograph Collection, Cape Town, South Africa (Spring 2025)
  Located in Camps Bay, this hotel offers 90 rooms with views of the ocean and Table Mountain. It also features restaurants, a spa, and a panoramic terrace.

• The Red Sea EDITION, Shura Island, Saudi Arabia (Summer 2025)
  This resort, located on Shura Island, is part of a larger project for the Red Sea region. It will offer 240 rooms, several restaurants, and modern facilities such as a spa and a pool.

Asia-Pacific

• Luminara, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection (July 2025)
  This 242-meter long superyacht will feature suites with private terraces. It will sail in the Mediterranean and Asia-Pacific, offering gourmet dining and water-based activities.

Other Regions

• Four Points by Sheraton São Vicente Laginha Beach, Cape Verde (Spring 2025)
  This resort, located in Mindelo on São Vicente Island, offers 128 rooms with direct access to Laginha Beach. It includes two restaurants, a spa, and various recreational facilities.
