Panoram Hotel Management has announced the upcoming opening of two hotels in Málaga, which will share a building while showcasing distinct brands. Located in the Torres de Martiricos, these establishments will be operated by IHG and Hilton and will total 314 rooms. The inauguration is scheduled for late November or early December.
These two hotels are part of the AQ Urban Sky project, which required an investment of 175 million euros. This complex, covering over 77,000 square meters, will host not only residential spaces but also these new hotels situated in the North Tower. Both establishments will have separate entrances, ensuring a distinct experience for guests.
Alfonso Murillo, Corporate Director of Panoram Hotel Management, stated that this concept of hotels with two brands in the same building is rare, but it has been made possible through a successful collaboration with Borealis, which managed to convince the two international chains of the viability of this project.
- One of the hotels, Staybridge Suites Málaga, will mark the arrival of this IHG brand in Spain. It will feature 105 rooms distributed between the second and sixth floors, with suites equipped with kitchens suitable for leisure or business stays. Guests will also enjoy a fitness center, complimentary laundry facilities, and weekly events to foster interactions between guests and staff.
- The other hotel, Hampton by Hilton Málaga Martiricos, will offer 209 rooms, occupying the upper floors of the Tower. Guests will benefit from services such as a fitness center and complimentary breakfast. This will be the third hotel of the brand in Spain, following establishments in Alcobendas and Fira Barcelona, and a Hampton by Hilton in Alicante is also expected to open in the second quarter of 2025.
With this initiative, Panoram Hotel Management and its partners demonstrate a clear commitment to innovating in the hospitality sector while addressing the diverse expectations of guests. The luxury accommodations situated above the hotels will add an extra touch of sophistication to this ambitious project.
