This announcement follows their recent collaboration on an application hotel under the Hosho brand. The Hollywood Hotel Cannes, owned by Courbet since September 2021, will be completely renovated and renamed Kyriad in mid-June 2024.This partnership strengthens the relationship between the two groups, with Louvre Hotels Group continuing to expand in the midscale segment with its Kyriad brand.
Located close to Cannes city centre and Cannes-Mandelieu airport, the new hotel will have 97 rooms, a large car park with charging points for electric vehicles, a swimming pool and a one-hectare park. Private terraces will also be available for ground-floor rooms. The establishment will offer a range of leisure and business events throughout the year.
The hotel's restaurant, overseen by Parisian restaurateur Patrick Mota, will offer a refined gastronomic experience in keeping with the reputation of his previous Parisian establishments.
