limehome, an operator of fully digitalised design flats and technology provider for the hospitality industry, will open a third location this summer in Eindhoven, in the Dutch region of Brabant.
On the former gasworks site in the centre of the city, a new urban quarter will be built this summer, combining living, working and culture. limehome will indeed build ten design flats with their own outdoor area as Eindhoven is considered the design capital of the Netherlands.
With the project in Eindhoven, limehome is expanding its focus to high-quality cities away from “classic” hospitality centres. The company is already present in Amsterdam and The Hague.
Moreover, limehome plans to open another serviced flat design hotel in the summer in Amsterdam's neighbourhoods De Pijp (Hemonystraat) in a typical Dutch mansion with 10 guest rooms. The building is currently undergoing extensive renovation.
Eindhoven is full of creativity and is a unique hotspot of innovation in the Netherlands. The city also impresses with its lively art, culture and design scene and is therefore a very good fit for our high-quality design flats. We have further projects already in planning in various major cities in the Netherlands and are thus consistently continuing our European expansion strategy alongside the German market.
