Líbere Hospitality recently announced the signing of a new asset in Plaza de las Tendillas in Córdoba, the serviced flat operator's second address in the city.
With this new acquisition, Líbere Hospitality is consolidating its presence in Andalusia, where it already owns six properties, representing 25% of its total assets under management.
This new asset in Córdoba, which is expected to open at the end of 2023 with 22 flats, adds to Líbere Hospitality's extensive presence in Andalusia, where it is also present in Granada and Malaga.
Located on Calle Málaga, at one of the corners of the square, this asset will occupy the building where the emblematic Hotel Boston, well known in the city, used to stand. The transformation into a building with 22 serviced flats will be carried out with the support of the local company Boston Suites.
With this new apartment building, as well as the recent opening of the Líbere Córdoba Patio Santa Marta boutique hostel, the company is consolidating its commitment to one of Spain's fastest growing tourist cities in recent years.
Líbere Hospitality's portfolio includes 24 assets in 10 of Spain's main cities. Fifteen of them are already in operation and the rest are in the renovation or construction phase. The company is present in San Sebastian, Vitoria, Bilbao, Valencia, Madrid, Barcelona, Granada, Malaga, Pamplona and Cordoba.
Líbere Hospitality's objective, in addition to expanding to other cities, is also to strengthen its presence in the areas where it currently operates. For this reason, the search for opportunities both in Córdoba and in Andalusia continues to be one of the axes of the company's expansion strategy.
