The partnership brings forth Kempinski Grace Bay, a development situated on one of the last remaining pristine stretches of Grace Bay Beach which will be spanning on 11 acres of beachfront.
Kempinski, collaborates with JTRE, which is known for developments across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Kempinski Grace Bay comprises 4 beachfront villas and 72 condominium residences across 431 feet of sand beachfront. Positioned at the eastern end of Grace Bay Beach, the property offers access to the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club, local establishments, amenities and services.
