The ibis Styles Sevilla City San Justa opened at the end of May, marking the Accor group's expansion in the Iberian Peninsula through its budget brand.
The ibis Styles Sevilla City San Justa is the first hotel of the brand in Andalusia and the 11th in Spain. The property has 218 rooms, a meeting room for up to 35 people, a rooftop with a cocktail bar, a swimming pool-solarium with views and a fitness room.
This new hotel also has an F&B offer with the presence of three restaurants that aspire to be part of the gastronomic route of Seville.
In Seville, Accor already has three other hotels, the Novotel Sevilla, the ibis Sevilla and the Ibis Budget Sevilla Aeropuerto. The group also intends to establish its resorts in destinations such as the Balearic Islands and Marbella.
The group plans to boost the development of the luxury and premium categories in the region, with the arrival of brands such as Mövenpick and Swissôtel, and to continue to increase the presence of MGallery.
Our ambition is to increase the share of the luxury, premium and lifestyle segment in our new development projects to almost 40% by 2022. The recent launches of Emblems, a luxury collection brand, and Orient Express, a legendary travel brand in the ultra-luxury segment, make this possible and demonstrate the development potential of iconic hotels built on a timeless heritage.
