Hilton, is set to introduce Italy's first LXR Hotels & Resorts property, further expanding its luxury brand offerings. Through a franchise agreement with Paval Holding and Apex Alliance, the Grand Hotel Gardone Lake Garda, LXR Hotels & Resorts, is scheduled to open its doors in 2026 following a multimillion Euro renovation. This lakeside property, owned by the Lithuanian group Apex Alliance and Romanian Pavăl Holding, will be managed by Apex Alliance Hotel Management.

Guests at Grand Hotel Gardone Lake Garda, LXR Hotels & Resorts, will have an Italian lakeside experience with a variety of services. Situated on the shores of Northern Italy's Lake Garda, there will be also the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
After a renovation, a portion of the hotel's high-ceilinged guest rooms will provide lake views from their private balconies. The hotel comprises 160 guest rooms, two restaurants, two bars, and a spa featuring both indoor and outdoor pools with fitness amenities. Furthermore, it boasts 825 square meters of meeting space, including a ballroom with an expansive terrace that overlooks the lake.
