Following a franchise agreement between Hilton and La Baró Group, the Hampton by Hilton Alicante Airport property will open in early 2025.
The future Hampton by Hilton Alicante Airport hotel will be located in a new 2,600 square metre building next to the Altet petrol station.
The property will have 72 rooms, a restaurant, a fully equipped gym and indoor and outdoor parking.
Panoram Hotel Management will operate the asset under a management agreement with Grupo Lo Baró, the owner of the building. Panoram has entered into a commercial agreement with Hilton to integrate it into its hotel network.
The new hotel is scheduled to open in early 2025 and will join the two Hampton by Hilton hotels currently operating in Spain.

Alicante-Elche Airport handled more than 15 million passengers in 2019, making it the fifth largest in the country. The project thus represents a strategic addition to Hilton's portfolio in Spain's leading holiday destinations.
