The first hotel of the prestigious Raffles Hotels & Resorts brand of the Accor group will benefit from an exceptional location in Moscow.

This first property under the Raffles banner in Russia will be the result of a partnership between Accor and the Kievskaya Ploshchad group of companies, which have the ambition to jointly develop a luxury hotel in the Russian capital. The location was chosen in the heart of the city, next to the Kremlin. Located at the crossroads of Zaryadye Park, Varvarka Street and Slavyanskaya Square, it aims at becoming a true landmark within Moscow, thanks to an emblematic structure composed of a large entrance through a historic arch and an outer courtyard in mosaic. Raffles & Resorts is committed to preserving the historical character of the building's facades.

The hotel will occupy a surface area of 64,000 sqm and will have 153 rooms spread over 9 floors, including 2 presidential suites with an outdoor terrace, 20 2-bedroom suites and 19 junior suites. It will offer a wide range of services :

• A wellness center with several spa areas, a fitness center, beauty salon services, a 25-meter swimming pool and a Russian bath ;
• A business center with a 730 sqm ballroom, 4 meeting rooms from 47 to 83 sqm and an outdoor event area ;
• 5 gourmet restaurants, a Raffles Long Bar and a Ladurée bakery ;
• A shopping mall.

The British design studio Winch was selected to develop the design of the hotel, in collaboration with the Accor luxury design team. The Raffles Moscow is considered "an extraordinary moment for Accor" and even "one of the most exciting openings of 2022" by Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and CEO of Accor, who defines the collaboration with the Kievskaya Ploshchad group of companies as a "privilege".
