Cycas Hospitality was chosen to manage the first hotel of the brand Fairfield by Marriott in the United Kingdom which will open its doors in early 2026.
The 142-room new-build property will be located within the British Motor Museum complex just off the M40, offering guests an easy access to the museum's exhibits and attractions, alongside a conference, wedding and event facilities for up to 600 delegates.
In addition to the museum’s exhibits, the site complex enjoys a rooftop Sky Suite and 65 acres of surrounding grounds, providing multiple opportunities for meetings, events and corporate team-building experiences.
Immediate neighbours of the proposed hotel will also include Jaguar Land Rover’s global research and development centre and Aston Martin’s world headquarters.
This is an exciting opportunity for Cycas to showcase our expertise in managing unique and culturally significant properties. We look forward to providing exceptional service and enhancing the overall guest experience at the British Motor Museum. We are delighted to be bringing a new hospitality offering to this renowned destination.
