The opening of the Nolinski Venezia in Venice marks the group's first international steps.

Venice's former commodities exchange has been transformed into a 5* luxury hotel featuring 43 rooms and 13 suites, a gourmet Palais Royal restaurant, a terrace café, a library bar with 4,000 books, a spa and a swimming pool.

Located just a few canals from San Marco and La Fenice, the Nolinski Venezia features a facade adorned with chimeras, and the building rises five stories. The architecture reflects carnival fantasy and Venetian history, and the interior, decorated by Lecoadic & Scotto, is imbued with Art Nouveau, Stile Liberty and Modernism. It also features frescoes by artist Simon Buret.

The hotel joins the 4 Parisian properties in the collection.
