Eurostars Hotel Company has announced the opening of its first Ikonik hotel in the Spanish capital and has also announced the forthcoming opening of an Ikonik property in Lima, Peru.
The 4-star Ikonik Madrid Gran Via is located in a 1920s building in which architectural elements of the original construction have been preserved to maintain the original soul of the building.
The property has 45 rooms, some of which have terraces with panoramic views of Madrid's emblematic Gran Via.
The brand is characterised by its youthful spirit and aesthetic appeal. As such, all properties are inspired by their host cities, so that guests can experience the local culture in an immersive way.
With this addition, the brand now has seven hotels:

- L’Ikonik Lex in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat
- L’Ikonik Plaza Mercado in Salamanque
- L’Ikonik Hotel Puebla in Puebla (Mexico)
