Eurostars Hotel Company has signed a long-term lease agreement with Conjunto Residencial Las Heras to manage the Valladolid hotel that will be built in the building that used to house the El Corte Ingles facilities.
The 18,000 m2 building is located in Valladolid, a municipality in northwest Spain known for its medieval religious sites such as the Spanish Gothic church of San Pablo. After extensive works, it will house a hotel on floors 3, 4, 5 and 6, as well as a commercial area.
The future property will operate under the Eurostars brand and will have 75 rooms, a 330 m² restaurant area, a rooftop swimming pool and 20 parking spaces.
The hotel, which is expected to begin construction shortly, once the business licence procedures have been approved, is scheduled to open in mid-2025.
The excellent architectural and interior design proposal, as well as its unbeatable location on Valladolid's most important shopping street and next to the Plaza Mayor, are two key factors that will make the future property the best in the city.
