The Dorsett Hospitality International aparthotel brand has announced the future opening of its second property in the British capital.

Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Town Hall will open its doors this spring in the North London neighbourhood of Crouch End. It will be a part of the Hornsey Town Hall development, which will also feature co-working spaces, F&B options, and an arts centre.

The property will occupy four floors of the restored Grade II-listed building. Its accommodation offer will consist of 68 units, ranging from studios to one-bedroom flats.

The interior design of Dao by Dorsett Hornsey Town Hall will respect the historic site’s past. Original ironmongery and timber panelling will adorn spaces and be paired with modern lighting and terrazzo-inspired worktops to give the property both a period and a contemporary feel.
