Cheval Collection continues to expand in Scotland through a management agreement with 141WRS Limited for the group to operate their property in Glasgow under the Cheval Maison brand.
The forthcoming 70-unit development, located at 141 West Regent Street, is due to open in 2024 in the heart of Glasgow. This latest partnership for Cheval Collection becoming the group’s fifth property in Scotland.
The 70 apartments will be split into spacious studios, one and two-bed apartments, and all will be fitted out to Cheval Maison standards. The property facilities will include a restaurant & bar, gymnasium as well as a rooftop terrace.
This new property will complement the recently announced MY Locanda Glasgow, which is also due to open in 2024.
