Canopy By Hilton Cannes

Located at the foot of Cannes harbor, the 4* lifestyle hotel has just opened after undergoing a major transformation.

The project is the fruit of a partnership between Nicolas Esclapez, owner of the Canopy By Hilton Cannes and president of SDPNE, and Esteban Lozada, senior director development for Hilton in France and North Africa.

It features a blend of modern luxury and contemporary artistic expression, as evidenced by its 129 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, as well as its 12 apartments meticulously designed by renowned interior architect Ramy Fischer.

Each room is transformed into an artistic canvas, featuring the works of twelve emerging artists. In collaboration with renowned art experts and collectors, the hotel's collection reflects the luminous allure of the Mediterranean. This initiative pays tribute to the region's artistic heritage and its close ties with cinema. The hotel becomes an immersive art gallery, celebrating creativity within its walls.

Perched on the 7th floor, the "Bar & Table" restaurant, named Marea, offers a panoramic terrace. Under the culinary direction of Chef Alexandre Douglas Burger, the restaurant's menu fuses the flavors of land and sea from diverse global influences. The hotel's cocktails reflect the essence of the region with local elements such as orange blossom and lavender.

On the first floor, the Californian-inspired Café Crème welcomes customers with its "original breakfast" concept, available throughout the day. The café also offers an authentic American brunch and a selection of snacks, to be enjoyed on a terrace.

The spa features a heated pool, soothing whirlpool, five well-appointed treatment cabins, hammam, Japanese bath and sauna. Scheduled to open in September 2023.

For business travelers and those wishing to organize events, the hotel caters for a variety of needs. An innovative coworking space offers a productive environment, while versatile event spaces accommodate gatherings of up to 300 people. Business and leisure travelers alike will find spaces to suit their needs, all in the sophisticated ambience of the Canopy By Hilton Cannes hotel.

One of the features is the emphasis on "soft mobility", a concept that takes an environmentally-friendly approach to exploring the city. The hotel enables guests to access the keys to the city by providing a fleet of free bicycles, allowing guests to traverse the city with minimal impact. In addition, the introduction of the "Original Kate", a contemporary 100% electric version of the classic Mehari vehicle, offers a unique and environmentally-friendly mode of transport for navigating the city's streets.

Canopy By Hilton's commitment to sustainable development goes beyond simple environmentally-friendly mobility and encompasses social, environmental and economic responsibilities throughout its operations. This commitment manifests itself in many ways, from the fair treatment of the hotel team to the meticulous management of waste and water. The hotel's commitment to inclusion and sustainability extends to room cleaning, encouraging responsible consumption and waste reduction.

In addition, a daily practice of "recycling" is observed, not only for materials, but also through professional development and workforce integration. This ethos is reflected in the hotel's social responsibility partnerships, illustrated by collaborations with initiatives such as "Too Good to Go" and the search engine "Ecosia", which testify to their alignment with sustainable and ethical objectives.
