B&B Hotels and real estate developers Promobe and Nextensa have concluded a lease agreement to develop a hotel in the new Cloche d'Or district in Luxembourg.
The 20-year binding lease will see the construction of a 150-room "Three Star Superior" hotel in the new Cloche d'Or district. The Cloche d'Or development is the work of a joint venture between Promobe, a major actor in real estate promotion in Luxembourg, and Nextensa, a mixed real estate investor and developer.
The district includes the headquarters of major groups, a shopping centre, a Kieser training centre, housing and the future largest park in Luxembourg, which will be delivered in spring 2023.
The hotel designed by architect Moreno will be delivered in the first half of 2025. It will be developed on seven above-ground levels and will be served by a basement level that will house parking spaces and services appropriate to the hotel.
The ground floor will house a reception area, a bar/lounge area, a meeting room and a breakfast room. These customer areas will open onto a large private terrace.
For B&B Hotels this is the first establishment in Luxembourg, the chain is currently present in 14 countries and has nearly 660 hotels and just over 60,000 rooms.
