Banyan Tree Group has signed an agreement with its Spanish partner La Quinta Grupo Inmobiliario to develop a hotel and residential complex in Marbella, due to open in 2026.
This new hotel and residential complex developed by Banyan Tree Group and La Quinta Grupo Inmobiliario will open as Angsana Real de La Quinta Benahavis Marbella.
The resort will feature 90 rooms and suites integrated with nature around an oasis-like courtyard, three restaurants, a signature snack bar and another snack bar by the pool. This will be complemented by business meeting spaces, a spa and kids' club, swimming pools and an amphitheatre.
The design, led by OBMI, with interiors by MKV Design and landscaping by RSR Studio, celebrates and promotes the friendliness of friends and family, a vision dear to the project's developers.
The Branded Residences, ranging in size from 97 to 151 sqm, cater to the needs of a family lifestyle. The two and three bedroom Angsana Residences will have a private courtyard, swimming pool, parking and daily cleaning and maintenance services.
Real de La Quinta will also have a restaurant area, managed by Azotea Grupo, and a health and wellness area, managed by Le Max Club.
