Appart'City, a leading player in the French apart-hotel market, has just opened its latest 4* property near Gare de Lyon in Paris, on Avenue Daumesnil.

Newly built, the property offers 109 fully-equipped apartments and studios, accommodating up to four people. Four apartments have been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of guests with reduced mobility. Well-appointed kitchenettes with 100% eco-friendly, French-made capsule coffee machines underline Appart'City's commitment to ethical practices. Most of these units offer views over the rooftops of Paris or the avenue below.

The Appart'City group plans to continue its expansion, with a new four-star property joining the Appart'City Collection in the Paris region in early 2024.
