Adagio, one of the European leaders in the aparthotel sector is pursuing a major development with the opening of 7 new locations in 2022.
Adagio is announcing the opening of 7 new sites in 2022, with new locations including Qatar and Malta where Adagio previously had no presence.
Qatar
During the second quarter of 2022 the brand will open its first Qatara site. Adagio Doha C-Ring Road will have 150 flats. With its large capacity and great location, the property is ideal for welcoming fans during the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Malta
Adagio will open its first aparthotel in Malta which will consist of 71 apartments. Adagio Battery Street will feature a space conducive to co-working.
Scotland
During the third quarter of 2022 Adagio will open its second property in Scotland. Situated in the heart of the city's shopping street and close to the River Clyde, Adagio Glasgow Custom House will feature 160 flats. This new property is joining Aparthotel Adagio Edinburgh Royal Mile.
Germany
Adagio will be opening two new sites in Germany in the second and third quarter of 2022. Adagio Access Kiel City will be the first to launch, located by the Baltic Sea, and will feature 90 homes with a maritime décor.
The Adagio Access Hamburg Muhlendamm will offer 148 apartments. The Common areas are divided into two levels with a mix of street art and green wall. These public areas will also include the object library, a feature of Adagio’s “The Circle” concept.
Belgium
In combination with Ibis Budget, Adagio Access Gent Centrum Dampoort opens a 98- apartment property in the historic city of Gent. The aparthotel is in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium. The innovative hybrid space hosts a bar.
Italy
In the last quarter, Adagio is further expanding into Italy with the opening of Adagio Access Rome Colombo. Located in the south of the city, the former building has been completely renovated and will have 106 apartments. The common areas have been designed to be as user-friendly as possible.
