Scheduled to open in early 2027, the hotel will showcase Armenia’s cultural heritage through interiors inspired by its history and traditions. Positioned in Tsaghkadzor, the hotel will bolster Accor's footprint in Armenia.

The property will feature 69 rooms, including 4 villas, and a wide range of facilities: a spa, an indoor pool, a sauna, a hammam, and a children’s area. Guests will also benefit from three on-site restaurants and conference rooms. Through its "Discover Local" initiative, the Mercure brand aims to immerse visitors in the local atmosphere and cultural richness of the region.
