Accor is planning four new hotels in the capital and in Tel Aviv, including two hotels under the MGallery brand, one under the Swissotel brand and a Pullman hotel in Jerusalem.
In Israel, Accor opened the Ibis Jerusalem hotel in the city centre five years ago with 124 rooms. In 2019, it was followed by the Ibis Styles Jerusalem downtown, which has 104 rooms.
The first of the four planned hotels will be the Elkonin Hotel in Tel Aviv, which will open in February 2023 under the MGallery brand in the Neve Tzedek neighbourhood, following the renovation of the original 1913 hotel.
In March 2023, the Theater Hotel, also under the MGallery brand, is scheduled to open in Jerusalem. It is a hotel located in Jerusalem's theatre complex, with 73 rooms, including two suites, five fine dining properties and a spa.
In the summer of 2023, the Swissotel South Beach Tel Aviv will open its doors. With an area of approximately 68,000 m², it will be the largest luxury hotel in Israel. The hotel will have 27 floors and 265 rooms, including eight suites and a presidential suite, as well as three swimming pools. It will also offer a number of restaurants, a fitness room and a wellness area.
In 2024, the Pullman Jerusalem Hotel will open. It will feature 310 rooms, two restaurants, three bars, a spa, a gym, an outdoor and indoor pool, eight meeting rooms and a conference and performance hall. The newly built hotel is located high above the city and offers a panoramic view of the Jerusalem mountains.
