Accor signs Mövenpick Living Çamlıvadi and Mövenpick Living Saklıvadi in partnership with Artaş Group, a group of companies with 45 years of track record in real estate, retail and tourism in Turkey.

The announcement of these two projects was made at a signing ceremony which took place at the Mövenpick Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel, between Mark Willis, CEO India Middle East, Africa & Turkey for Accor; Yiğit Sezgin, Chief Commercial Officer India, Middle East, Africa & Turkey for Accor and Süleyman Çetinsaya, Chairman, Artaş Group.

Mövenpick Living Saklıvadi will feature 164 residences and Mövenpick Living Çamlıvadi will have 65 residences. Each apartment enjoys complimentay internet connection, same-day laundry service, a restaurant with buffet service for breakfast, and a winter garden.

Guests will also enjoy a full-fledged gym equipped with exercise gear, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and resting room. Moreover, an indoor and outdoor manège is available for guests who are interested in horse riding. In addition, kids have their own playground and adults can use the parking.

Both projects are located in the center of Istanbul, close to Istanbul Airport as well as the city's hotspots including Ortaköy, Bebek, and Emirgan; historical sites such as the Galata Tower, Rumelian Castle, Blue Mosque, and natural reserves such as Belgrad Forest and the Emirgan Park.

They are also close to Vadistanbul, a location built by the Artas Group which is one of the most popular shopping and entertainment centers in Turkey, offering several amenities such as branded stores, restaurants and cafés, theaters, and concert halls. To provide ease of access to those venues a shuttle service will be offered for hotel guests.
